Pivumo works straight away. Open it, pick a name and an age, and hand the device over — there is no sign-up step before playing. Everything a parent needs, including settings, progress and the account options, is behind the shield button, which asks for an adult action first.
No. Pivumo plays fully offline as a guest and never asks a child to register. An account only exists so progress survives a reinstall and reaches a second device.
No. There is no advertising in Pivumo and no ad network in the app.
Free: the Home Town world, twelve activities, one child profile, and progress saved on the device. Premium: all 102 activities across ten worlds, up to five child profiles, the advanced parent insights, and premium content offline.
Subscriptions are billed by the store, so they are cancelled there.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Open the parent area and choose Restore purchases, making sure the device is signed in to the store account that made the purchase. If it still does not appear, write to us with the store receipt.

Both are in the parent area. Export saves a JSON file through the normal share sheet. Erase local data clears the family from the device. Delete account removes the sign-in identity and the stored cloud save; that one cannot be undone, and it does not cancel a subscription.
Roughly two to six. Activities adapt to the age set on the child’s profile: younger children get fewer items, larger targets, simpler patterns and slower spoken lines.
If something is wrong — a broken activity, a mistranslation, a voice line that sounds wrong in your language — please tell us. Mistranslations and audio problems in particular are the most useful thing you can report, since we cannot hear every language ourselves.
